Hello Bumface:D

When it rains here...it bloody rains. But gonna be a hot weekend so beware.

Not sure where to live either, good and bad all over here. I'm on the lookout for a new house too, so i'll wait and see what others say. All the good areas are too expensive:( looks like i'll have to slum it:rolleyes:

Flippin' 'eck mate. you don't want much do you?!!!

Yeah, weathers crap isn't it? Soon pass.

Look, if you want to pop into our house, you can talk the Villa with the OH and I'll tell your wife where you should avoid living.

Just PM me if you fancy a cuppa.

glad to see you made it over in one piece. Yesterday may have looked like bad weather - but I was on the beach and burnt and kids were in the sea !!

we went to perth recently to check out houses.. my family are all there.. Ellenbrook is not too far.. is very new and a bit like a film set but good to live.. avoid the lakes... mozzies!!.subi is cool but V expensive... Mount Lawley, dianella, leedervilleand morley are all good.. joondalup has good rail links but is further out.. We went to see loads of real estates they can be useful but dont believe all they tell you... just get a feel for a place.. ie gardens looking good etc.. one guy said you must always check out a house at all times of day.. can be very quite in the day but full of hoons! at night.. good luck.. get back to me if i can help more..chatty66

Look at everywhere you can afford, dont bother with anywhere you cant afford, dont live in the hills if you plan on spending everyday at the beach, dont live at the beach if you plan on walking in the hills everyday, dont live in Rockingham if your going to work in Joondalup, dont live in Joondalup if your going to work in Rockingham...... I could go on;)

You might need to give a bit more info to get any sensible answers:D

ie:
How much do you have to spend?
How many people do you need to house?
Are schools a consideration?
Is proximity to the coast relevant?
Are you likely to be working in the City?
Is being near a train line relevant?
