Agree! I worked in a school in the UK! Some kids starting school still sucking dummies or clutching comfort blankets!! The older they are the more of a problem it gets trying to break the habit!

LOL... Otter never went to school... Otters don't go to school, big girls go to school... otters stay at home and wait....

Otter came to Australia and is currently in the custody of the grey nomad who has a penchant for keeping various small childrens beloved soft toys safe whilst they are growing up an learning to be responsible enough to look after them...

You probably wont believe me when I tell you that My sister (who was 48 this week) was in tears when she learned that her beloved "mummy Bear" was safe and well and living here in Australia with they grey nomad ...and not lost in one of her many teenage moonlit flits or in her messy divorce....... She was a little peeved that she had been SO CLOSE to mummy bear, having just visited at Christmas... But as Grampy has told her...they can always Skype.

An otter will always play with you when no one else will, an otter will listen to all your problems, an otter is something familiar to cuddle up to in bed with at night...an otter is your best friend when you are 4 or 5... an otter also teaches you how to care for others and be responsible...to look after your otter...

I have NO problem with special cuddlies.... Rather a manky well worn soft toy than a bloody xbox ...
