Re: Headless chickens
Another clueless Luddite. Fibre beats the crap out of DSL. Libs plan is 30 billion for something that will decay as copper does.

So nice to see they are concentrating on getting all their policies out there. What has it been so far, a NBN replacement that reaches ADSL2 speeds for $50bn, oh and Tony saying he'll cut taxes, but WON'T cut the offsets from those taxes, but WILL cut the deficit. Hmm, there's some hidden shit in that sandwich methinks... Maybe we can see why the concentration on childish name calling, rather than detailed policy discussions .... Try this for an answer: http://youtube.com/watch?v=pJTX0iWYX9A |

Here's a classic UK Labour incompetence moment:

Left v right is simplistic tosh and a matter of self justification of entrenched positions.

I'm FOR doing the NBN; not thinking that VDSL will be any use. How is that a luddite position? The clueless position is the one that thinks Telstra will hand over their entire copper network, to the government, for free. Just how crassly incompetent, or lying, conniving fraud do you have to be to put that little gem forward? |

(btw, I get what you mean about the simplistic tosh bit. The only reason the left have been elected in recent decades is because they imitated the right - only to be kicked out again when their true colours were seen). |
Re: Headless chickens
Gillard is now playing the gender and abortion cards. Surely this won't deliver more votes to her party?

Re: Headless chickens
If Abbott wasn't a religious right wing nut job then no. He has history on this front but will only affect the female vote.

Re: Headless chickens
It will be. Abbott denying abortion drugs is the big target.

Julia and her penchant for attempting to ignite gender wars looks like the bigger nut job from where I'm sitting. It would be interesting to hear what most female voters think of her behaviour.

All medical procedures have risks to be assessed by doctors, not religious nuts.
