have you ever...
Flown on Christmas day or new years eve? If you have be very interested to hear how it was,was it better than normal being a special date or where the stewards etc pee'd off because they were working.? We are considering flying on New years eve, new year- new life and all that.

We flew with emirates one good thing was that the flight wasnt fully booked so we could stretch out across the middle seats for a sleep if we wanted.
We got the flights for a bout £200 each cheaper by flying on that day so it was worth it just for the saving.

We flew on christmas eve last year at bout 2pm thought it would be really exciting but apart form the air steward wearing santa hats it was just like any other flight.

Re: have you ever...
We are lucky enough to be flying business and the flights work out at just over €10,000 (compared with a normal price of about €17,000).
Ps. That's for 4 of us and I'm not paying

Was once in hospital on new years eve. Expected them to do something too but all I got was kept awake by fireworks at midnight cos I had to have window wide open as it was so bloomin hot!!!
