Re: Happy St Patricks Day!
I've always been told he was born in Wales. Didn't partake of the festivities in Sydney yesterday though, only so many plastic Paddies I can take in one day.

I don't get the need for, what seems to be, the entire English speaking world to celebrate an Irish saint... and I'm from Irish parentage.

That's the issue - a day that is there to celebrate the life of a British missionary to Ireland has been turned into a day to get pissed, mainly by drinking stout from a specific company.
Should I run through the long grass on the creek in a pair of open toed sandals kicking snakes or go for a pint of the black stuff. |
