I knew months ago! In may I started a volunteer post which means I am driving an 8 year old around so informed children 1st (scottish NSPCC), and asked them to provide me with seat. Was told I must be mistaken as their health and safety people would have informed them if there was a new law coming in. They only just ordered seats recently and I still don't have it. It was advertised in stores selling childrens items (not just boosters) such as mothercare and halfords.

Seems like the ARGOS catalogue is the go then. And some shares in Halfords!
