I have to say though it is really difficult for Hairdressers and they are highly qualified people i know I have just had to sit 10 exams to do it. It isn't an easy job I can tell you. People are never satisfied. I have been doing my mums hair now for about 20 years and she still complains lol. What you want and what we can achieve with your tired locks are a completely different thing.
