Gun man on the loose

Crazed gun man in centre of Perth, on top of the high rises in the centre. Heard he was shooting at passers by from top of the building:ohmy:

No shots, just threats at this stage. And no evidence that he's at the top of the building:

DEVELOPING NEWS: HEAVILY armed police are searching a Perth office block for a man they believe is armed after he threatened a company in the building.

Dozens of armed police, including Tactical Response Group officers, have descended on 2 The Esplanade, which houses the Perth Stock Exchange and Commonwealth Parliamentary buildings fearing that a gunman could be on the loose.

Police are being briefed in the foyer of the building and are understood to be handing out composite images of the man.

Workers are slowly being escorted from the building, but many workers are still inside.

Police are investigating reports that a man had made threats against one of the businesses at Exchange Plaza.
Herald Sun.

No evidence that he is "crazed", either.
