got meself the short straw - again!
this house selling thing is a chore! Cleaning away ready for the surveyor when he calls to say it WILL be three hours, possibly longer. Curious, I asked why so long when such a small house. Apparently he has 3 students, each student has to complete an independant survey on the house, in depth as it will form part of their final assessments. Bugger, bugger, bugger! Have Mark frantically cleaning mould off walls and masticking whatever he can mastick!

Id tell him he's taking the p*ss, personally. Tell him you are busy and he has to fit in round you, not the other way!

You shouldnt keep quiet. Your buyers aren't going to pull out just cos you wouldnt let 3 spotty youths inspect your house! JUST SAY NO!
