Google Street View

Is anyone else having a problem with it loading? Get the maps no problem, everytime I try to get street view, I either get nothing, an out of focus stretched pic or an arc of light on a black screen. Been a few weeks now.

Think its you, no problems here. Is your browser up to date?

Mind, Google have been having problems across their services today , I think potentially knock on from Sandy.

Will do, thanks. I'm sure it did an upgrade thing the other week so could well have lost something then.

Never use Google maps anymore. I find it very frustrating and it's about 2 years out of date. Nearmaps is great, current up to April 2012.

Nearmaps is great but there's no street view. Well there wasn't last time I looked. Also it's not worldwide.

I've had a similar problem with Street view a couple of times. I have a Mac and I'm pretty sure it happened just after an update. Reinstalling Flash seemed to fix it.

Tried it just now, wouldn't work in I.E. 8 - 'twas okay in Firefox. Go figure.

Ya know what's good about getting old here is... If you're like me you look at least 10 to 15 years younger than any aussie your age... Everyone here thinks I'm in my mid 30s. Their skin is like leather - and really cheap and nasty leather at that. You see there are some benefits to growing up in a country with no sunlight.

Probably not your fault. These things happen.

I 'lost' paint once. I mean how does that happen?? I googled it and found that I wasn't the only one by a long shot.
