Since when has gnocchi been a stir fry accompaniment? Fusion is shite, not gnocchi.
Good gnocchi is nice and needs a good sauce.

I thought I'd do a beef stir-fry tonight with loads of veggies and some seasoning and very fine it turned out too.
I made the fatal mistake of picking up some ready-made gnocchi to go with it ... I thought it would be a change from the usual pasta/noodle/mash options ... A more disgusting thing I cannot imagine, from the texture to the taste. Good job I tasted it before serving it up, the OH and kid both agreed.
To add insult when I looked on the docket I saw I paid over $5 for this stuff.
Even the dog has refused it.

Having never tried gnocchi, I'm very tempted to give a go.
It's got to be worth a try seeing how it evokes so much emotion from everybody!

I used to hate gnocchi.
Then I found an Italian deli shop where they sell the most delicious stuff ever (was preparing for friends).
Form an orderly queue- can't remember the name but it is something like Bella Italian on Millers road, Altona North, near the freeway entrance.
See if you change your mind about gnocchi!
