THey don't say it, they simply don't model it. Perhaps I'm missing it, and you could point me to the relevant IPCC publication. I tried this one:
http://www.ipcc.ch/pdf/technical-papers/paper-II-en.pdf This is the publication which describes their model. They are quite happy to say that all heat energy that enters the atmosphere (which isn't actually correct) is from the sun and then they ignore it. There is no mention of how or whether they model changes in solar radiation, nor is there any mention of how they predict the behaviour of the sun if they do model changes in solar irradiation. My suspicion is that they set a nice high constant for solar input and left it at that. And yet changes in solar irradiation have caused most, if not all, previous climate changes. I would be delighted if you could show me how and with what accuracy the IPCC climate models predict future solar energy input to the system. It is of obvious vital importance to their conclusions. |

I'll leave that one to you - it is the basis of your argument, not mine

So let's go back to my argument then. Every previous climate change was caused by natural forces, primarily changes in solar output, why is this one different?
Climate change in Fred's time was all down to those foot powered stone cars that everybody charged about in. Three gallons of sweat to the mile those buggers needed. |

Fact: Linda McCartney let rip with the loudest ever recorded fart just before she breathed her last. Paul has recorded it, repitched it across the keyboard and plays The Frog Chorus with it as a means of tribute every other Tuesday. |

Well, maybe this one is different because there are 6 billion humans on the planet spewing CO2.
No, sorry Budawing, i cant let that comment pass..... Do you know the percentage of Anthropogenic CO2 emissions compared to natural emissions? |

No, sorry Budawing, i cant let that comment pass..... Do you know the percentage of Anthropogenic CO2 emissions compared to natural emissions? I did a rough calculation of the CO2 breathed out by humans some time ago. I will see if I can find it... S |
