Getting mum over here
How would I go about getting my mum over here - which visa? She is 74 and my daughter and myself are her only living relatives - would she qualify for a visa under these circumstances or not? I have PR and my daughter applied for hers last May. Will we have to be citizens before we could sponsor her?

Sound like she would be eligible as all family is in Australia.
And yes, PR can sponsor.
