I'm really looking forward to moving into our new house in Perth and inviting the select BE members around for a few coolies and a bit of scran ...

This site has been fantastic for us, we've made some 'really' good friends on here and see them on a regular basis. I can honestly say it has made settling here alot easier.....I would have gone mad not going out for the odd 
and chat.I know some people think that meets are a bit naff, but we meet up with quite a few Expats before we came over and we're all still in touch now.

Nothing wrong with having Cyber freinds, after 10 years of netting, the jury is still out on converting them to RL.

I got talking to someone the other day in a shop who started rabbitting on about BE and making friends. Made as a hatter. Said I'd never heard of it. Put me right off meeting people in person.
