Don't think it's going to be free. It may be prescribed and as we all know, prescriptions ain't free.
As a PT, I regularly get clients sent by their doctor. Can't see someone morbidly obese being able to do surfing though....

Don't know about that. I was classed as "morbidly obese" and took surf lessons 2 years ago. I did just fine, thank you.
