They linked up your money and profile
To the ID on the government PC
Connected it to social media
Yet still the people didn't see

Then came a new cure, a new virus
Safe and Effective, and free
They linked these j&bs to your profile
And connected the government PC

When the people were locked up in cities
Policed by their digital ID
Unable to visit their loved ones
Now finally the people can see

Restricted and tracked with no money,
To go further a permit you'll need
Contained in your digital city
Oh why did the people not see?!

These steps they sold us a progress
Never looked to be quite what they seemed
If you don't ask the questions and protest
Then your children will never know FREE

Sums up modern day society perfectly, I am a dinosaur lol I don’t use Facebook etc, if I want to see or talk to people I do that in person (some may groan lol) I do have a debit card but use cash, I only do internet banking for my Aussie Account, I will at a push “do” telephone banking if I need to, I always ask for paper when renewing my insurance etc and never give my email address unless my life depends on it as I go by the “if I want you to have it then I will offer my details” and that includes my mobile etc. I am not being paranoid I have nothing to hide but my goodness how life “use to be” is becoming harder.

It's shared on social media by those who frequent misinformation and conspiracy websites like Breitbart, infowars and so on.
Essentially Trump supporters who want to see Biden impeached.

Just google a line or two, look at the results and see what its supporters are also supporting.

I have just re read the above and it is actually happening, most of the banks in the town near to where I live have closed bar one, we have two cash machines one of which is at the local Tesco and is usually “out of order “ I have just nipped into Starbucks and they only take card not cash (3rd shop this week that has happened) and just heard on my car radio news channel that in Wales any roads ( I think that is correct) that were 30 will now by 20 by September 2023 and no new roads will be built…..madness we will be heading to the dark ages in the future….

What you are describing is change which is sometimes pointless, sometimes inconvenient but with good reason. A reduction in a speed limit for example is where it is shown the higher speed is dangerous. On line banking means we can still get free banking.

What the "work" in the OP is describing is some conspiracy nonsense about everyone being controlled. That's why it's shared on social media by followers of conspiracy theories.
