Dont be daft Sandra, They love watching these things get out of control.
The helicopters were getting water from Somerly next to Hayleys, lots of idiots on the road watching with youngsters running around, I was hoping someone might get sucked up for being in the way

We drove past there just after it started and it was really close to th houses, surely somone would have thought of dampening it down, by the time I got home the wind had picked up and it was getting quite fierce.....4 helicoptors flew over our place on their way up there.......some real dick heads about!!!

The fire was in the reserve on longbeach road, directly opposite my friends house. she has taken some amazing pictures and said it was very scary. Once the fire took hold they had no way out and had to sit it out.

When we drove past there was only a couple of bushes alight, flames were about 4 foot high, no-one was attempting to dampen it down!!
