Feel Sick
 

Got the shippers coming tomorrow. I just don't know if I will be ready in time. 101 things going through my mind. Trying to sort out what we will need for the next few weeks etc. Been trying to re-home my cat and today a lovely couple came to meet him. They have fallen in love with him and are going to take him on Thursday. I didn't think I would feel emotional, I cried when they left! If I'm like that with the cat! what is it going to be like with family and friends. Got a big family gathering on Sunday and I just hope I hold it together!

Just wanted to say I know how you feel and I don't go until March!!
I keep filling up a little things, havn't even got to the big stuff yet!!

Meant to be flying on 3rd October but OH's company are arranging the flights and accommodation and although we have been chasing them up they haven't done it yet!! Bit worrying!!

I'm sure it will all be ok but my nerves are all over the place.

im sure you,ll be fine.we just got rid of our dog and 3 cats and as you say not a nice thing to have to do.we have got lucky and someone is renting our home once we leave.2 weeks till we fly out and still decorating and as you say so much to do.good luck

We too are renting out the house so we also had to redecorate. Our tenants move in on Saturday. It's never ending!!

We are planning on renting ours out and I'm decorating too!!! The place has never looked so nice, all for someone elses benefit!!!
Hope that they pull their finger out and get your flights booked!

makes you laugh all the small jobs i keep meaning to do but didn,t and just finished the kitchen extension today for someone else to use.still does look nice missus don,t want to leave now:lol:

I've been sorting the doors on the kitchen extension that we had done 3 years ago and havn't finished!!! Tidied up the garden at the weekend and it looks so nice its going to be really hard to leave it all.
I know how she feels!!

Hi Nikki,

I feel for you because that is how I felt when it came to the point of leaving . I felt sick up until we got in airport and then the feeling came back when we arrived in Australia. It will go away very shortly after you arrive and everything will come good !!! :D

Yes I'm confident that everything will work out in the end. It's just so manic. Once the furniture as gone I will be able to relax a bit and have a drink. I'm still excited. Can't wait!!
