Just the obvious ones, Wombat, Badge, jayr, JTL, Bix Da Boss...and who was it who had flat eric as their avatar? I quite enjoyed their posts.

Totally agree hutch, this place is a far better place, especially for newcomers, after the "shakeup"
I would love to add more, but am damn busy at present. What used to infuriate me with the clique ridden past, was when a newbie, would come on and ask about things like supermarket prices, which is perfectly natural for someone new to the internet and a BBS. Only to be greeted with responses of this is "sooooooooooooo Boring" from, old faces, with nothing better to do, than play up to their hangers on and other worshipers. It was "soooooooooooooooo" unnecessary and so phuucking predictable. Almost as bad as a Newbie asking a question, getting ignored, and one of the clique asking the same question two positions further down the page, and getting a plethora of answers.
Got to admit, now there is a Barbie section to this Australian forum, that if that kind of inane banter is kept to this section then no harm done.
Yes a much better place.
Back to topic, I really enjoyed Megliana, even if he did have a loopy persona, much more than the other one of Quirkana. I found Ceri rather interesting at times as well, and Geordie george.

Ahh cold waves of nostalgia flowing over me or maybe my glass has a crack in it.
I'm surprised to see PB remembered by so many he was only around for a yr and hasn't posted since Aug 2003 way before most people registered. Come on all you multiple identities who were you posting as back then? Me I was a lurker for months before I actually posted and reading back through some of those old posts it was harder to get good info than it is now .
As entertainers I miss the likes of PB Dotty Wilf Ceri Kiwipaul & Megs. Baldbutts , Jayr and Don [pre the alcohol induced vitriolic posts[ were all very entertaining comically whilst waiting for those visas. Just generally nice posters who don't post much or even at all should include the likes of Grub Jockney Dianneoz Sophia Whisky Rosy Simone Petey and loads of others sorry if I forgot to mention you. Good to see some of the older posters still around Polly, Hevs & Hup, Renth & Billabong
Looking at the lists most of these folks have headed out to WA so I guess Perth must be a whole lot better place to live these days.
