Re: Favourite old but brilliant tunes
Really love this band.... especially the way they use different singers to give themselves a broader range.

Meantime a song that reminds me a gives me a warm fuzzy feeling about my London roots... http://youtube.com/watch?v=SIEsmGzo2UE Phil Daniels was the big name in Mike Leigh's film Meantime which has a great cast many of who's careers went upward, but not Phil's. Meantime certaintly does not give a warm and fuzzy feeling about my London/Essex roots during the Baroness years...Give it a go http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0082727/ . |

Re: Favourite old but brilliant tunes
So many stories about this Groupie turned singer. Amazed that she survived into her pension years. Everyone in the late 60's was made to realise there is more than one use for a Mars bar.... Was doing a Paris and Pamela well before they were born and here's one of her greatest songs with real meaning for a lot of women. Could she be the UK's only female rock Legend ?
