As I have become such a BE addict I have decided that it is time to go 'cold turkey' for a few weeks!:eek:

I actually used Facebook the other day. Had been contacted by an old friend. Was very impressed when, in the message I sent her I put in our blog address and suddenly Facebook found it and added it with pictures. Small stuff like that pleases me:o:D

with you on that laura, i had to start using facebook to chanel my addiction in another direction.....yes it still involves the computer, which means i still check my emails - but at least my time is now spent on two sites :rofl:
