He had 4 separate arrest warrants out for him but the Police hadnt picked him up so this poor kid has lost his life because of Police incompetence. Sickening.

Wrong. Even if he was caught, who's to say he wouldn't have done this at another time when he was released? Too easy to blame the police for a child being bashed by their mentally ill Dad.

No, I believe the magistrate that let him go, when the police asked for him to be locked up because they believed he would kill one of his family, is the one to whom people should be looking for an answer as to why this has happened to an innocent child - again!
