Exclusive Wills & Kate topless photos
 

The French magazine Closer has angered the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge by publishing photos of Catherine sunbathing topless, while on holiday in France. A royal spokesman said the couple were "hugely saddened", and may take legal action. Here is some of the reaction to the publication.

The issue is, they were in France and the law there states that any photo's taken need to be with the permission of the person being photo'd. In this case the photo's were taken and the magazine published them without the consent of the person being photo'd. The magazine editor has been open in that they new it was illegal, but went ahead hoping magazine sales would outway any fine that would be imposed.
Dirty tactics, just like the NOTW. Whether you like the royals or not, this type of journalism should be stopped. Unless you lke the gutter press you would agree.

They were on private property. Surely people have the right to privacy, whoever they maybe

Seriously being too thin ages you, not only physically but how you look. In recent photos she looks way older than 30, plus a couple of the recent 'frocks':blink: remind me of what the Queen would wear.

Red rag to a bull as far as the paparazzi are concerned. Suing them and trying to close down the market for this sort of photo will drive up demand for them and cause more invasions of privacy in more ingenious ways. This is only going to get worse as they progress through the years.They will never have any privacy, and that is the price for limitless wealth and the royal life.
