You'll be after the Bearded Dragon?
http://www.beardeddragon.com.au/
It's not an 'English Pub' as such but it does do Boddingtons and Newcastle Brown on tap
Oh and it's at the foot of the mountain, not up there on the plateau.
Can also recommend a visit to the Tambourine Mountain Distillery if you're up that way.

One place has recently changed hands - Will's Place at Curtis Falls is now run by Will Scarlet (blues muso, definitely Aussie) with lots of live music and proving a sell-out. It used to be called the Grosvenor Inn. Nothing else new up top.
Irish place is Clancy's not far from the chippy.

Not sure where you mean - don't usually visit ice-creameries. Can recommend the cheese factory next to the distillery, and the chocolate factory near St Bernards

Is that down via the Bearded Dragon road, the Goat Track (our route to Beaudesert), via Guanaba and Mystery Road, Henri Roberts Drive, or are you thinking of the Macadamia Nut place down the Oxenford road?

Yes there is...or it was advertised as one. Mock Tudor style (white washed with black beams) When you get to the 'Fig Tree' roundabout turn left into Gallery Walk, at the end of Gallery Walk turn right at the mini roundabout...it's down a bit on the left.
I went to go and check it out after a flyer was left on my car...It was closed but looked promising if quite a bit run down.
I'd forgotten all about it until I took a Visitor up that way a few months back..it had changed name and possibly owners too so dunno if it is still an English Style pub
Hope this helps
