Going home from work this morning on the bus i was bothered by a drunk and get this he had an ENGLISH accent,i mean WTF !!!!! What is going on with the transport system in London,where have all the irish and scots drunks gone,this country is def going down the pan,when even our proper tourist annoying celtic drunks are leaving
Shock and horror. Bring back capital punishment I say.

The family over the road from us have 4 times as much recycling (alcohol containers) as ordinary refuse. They drink drive, they fight with each other on the front lawn. They are hardly a rare case. Drink problems are every bit as bad here as the UK, but with less pubs the fights tend to be at homes more than in the bars. Parents and even grandparents are actually worrying doctors more. They don't start fights very often but many drink plenty more than the safe limit most nights and drink 50+ units per week. Which is just like the UK.
