email problem, any yahoo users out there?
We've jsut returned from a weekend away to find we can't get into our email account with yahoo. Do any of you guys use yahoo? If so, could you sign in and see if there's a number anywhere for customer support. I've tried their contact us button but it asks for an email address for them to reply to AARRGGHHHHHH :mad:

cheers gill yep, but my hubby is a smart arse and knows how to get round it, by logging in to an australian one :rolleyes: I logged off earlier and couldn't get back in, had to wait until he came home from the pub :mad: |

Can't get in either, however am able to surf on my Yahoo broadband........ common problem with yahoo - role on Australia!!

i haven't been able to get on for most of the afternoon - tried the US site (that usually works if uk is off) and the oz but no luck with any of them :(
suppose i will just have to wait for my email :o |

Phew, thank god - thought we'd done something. We have managed to get our email as we use Ms Outlook. Took a while but eventually got it to test it's settings and after that, we were OK. Still can't access my yahoo account online, but am able to surf and email now so panic over :)
