It is!! They sell it in our local Coles... Very lean, abit darker than fillet steak,, yum yum!!

I know, I wished I could turn veggie.:(

Was having roo steaks other week, they are nice, but when you see the few roo's lying dead on the road, killed by cars, it kinda puts you off eating them afterwards.:(

Nothing puts me off!!! I am a complete carnivore!!:eek: I will try anything!! Kanga, Emu, Croc, Alligator, Frog, Horse...Anything!! Not insects though for some reason:confused: Deep fried cockroach just doesnt do it for me...:zzz:

Mmm, I'm a bit like that and will try anything once (not insect though). I will buy some when I go shopping and give you my verdict.

It seemed quite cheap in the supermarket. We'll probably try it, but I'm a bit squeamish about eating Skippy.

I loved seeing the wild roos hopping about, but farmers aren't always fond of them as they crash fences and eat crops. It hit home when we saw a field full of them just outside Gympie, and also near Australind in WA we counted 60 in one field and they weren't being farmed. They need to be culled and I can cope with farming if I don't have to watch them slaughtered, but they are so damn cute.

Why dont we just start eating the chinese,christ knows there are enough of them,and they pollute the planet.We could even start a chinese take away service,with a difference:D
