Hi there

You are entitled to one piece of carry on luggage with any airline. This can range from a normal ladies handbag to a mini case as long as it fits within their guidelines.

Easyjet do have a carry on bag size max but with no weight limit....so if you can get 20 kgs into your handbag for a weekend away you don't need to do hold luggage!

It's a bit confusing at the moment as IATA and some airlines have relaxed their carryon luggage as now you can take your normal bag plus a small handbag, camera, laptop bag (but only one of those protector cases) etc.

I've recently been back to the UK, done a Easyjet flight to Spain, just been up to Sydney and managed to get away with my camera bag plus a small handbag with no problems.

If you are unsure then baggage guidelines are on the website.

Bewarned though....Easyjets no seat allocation policy is a nightmare! It takes twice as long to board as if you are last on there is little hope of sitting together and then everyone spends ages looking for seats! The queue will start at the gate before the plane has arrived! They let the Speedy Borders on first then families so it's a good idea to grab a kid. On our flight back from Spain the Speedy Borders were complaining that they'd let the disabled passengers on first and they had got front row........what is it coming to!!!!

Have a great time in Paris!

KK

If you have under 5s you can get on the flight first. If no kids, its a rugby scrum and I found the over 50s the worst
Im not kidding the tuts and moaning Ive had for going on first with a baby with its legs in casts was shocking.

Easyjet arent so strict with the handbag rule. I was flying every 2 weeks in between Europe and UK and used to get on with handbag and several bags of shopping.
The girls never stopped me boarding the plane with extra.

Gems
However I happily put up with the chaos of boarding if we had easyjet prices for internal flights in OZ.
