Unless your carrying serious bootleg quantities or kiddieporn you shouldn't have any trouble, just put them with your normal videos/dvds. XXX porn is freely available in Oz, well the ACT at any rate and soft-porn is available in video shops and hardporn by magazine Australia-wide.

You could say you are a famous Porn star and its you that is starring in the video.
Then redo the cover picture with your face over a porn stars body, put a Postman Pat video inside and say to Customs 'Look, I am a famous porn star, here is your own copy to keep'.
Then he will be so happy, he will let you keep your stash and take his gift home and when he watches it, it will be postman pat.
Of course, make sure you have your porn cover pictures of male and female, depending on Customs officer of course.
Then redo the cover picture with your face over a porn stars body, put a Postman Pat video inside and say to Customs 'Look, I am a famous porn star, here is your own copy to keep'.
