Cheers! A restorative glass of wine has temporarily helped the headache, although my mangled thumb is throbbing like mad. At least it has finally stopped bleeding, and OH didn't notice the extra protein in his noodles!! (He's watching more rugby.)

Oh dear, good job I don't need painkillers, the room spins when I close my eyes. The next trip on crutches could be interesting......! My tolerance for wine is down as I can usually easily sink a bottle of a Friday night......ah well. |
