He must have presented his mistress as his common law wife and done it that way, although how he managed to get round the medical part and lie to Gorgeousgal I don't know, but then he must be a seasoned liar.

I swear as god made little apples, I would grass his arse to DIAC, I would personally ensure that his dream of moving to Australia is buggered.

I would seek out his paperwork and write to DIAC stating that he has split up with his common law spouse and has had a wife and kids all along.

He does not deserve to be happy, he deserves to be grassed up from the highest order.

Loads of decent blokes would give their right arm for a decent life with a lovely wife and family, and certainly wouldnt jeopordise it with a whore that he met at work and throw it all away.

I think God doesn't always pay his debts in money and this guy could find his actions coming back to haunt him.

He might have just left them off the application. It's quite possible his new girlfriend got her own visa as someone else suggested.

If I were the original poster I would be so tempted to call DIAC on him. The best way though would be to wait for a while until everyone is all nice and settled in OZ and then let it fly I think he's scum for doing that to his family so would not feel sorry for him. After all, he wouldn't be in that position if he hadn't lied on his visa application.

I just don't understand how some men can be so cowardly. This is not the first time I have read such stories on here, how can anyone end a marriage in such cold and humiliating fashion is beyond me. To do that to the mother of their children and ultimately to their children.

Why could he not have just told her from the beginning? He needs to be reported for a fraudulent application. We all jump through hoops to get our visas honesly, and he has made a mockery of the whole system and ultimately his family.

To be frank, he deserves a dose of the clap.

At night time I wear my 'naughty panties' which bring out the dark side, well a dark side that is so dark that you cannot see me.

Marrows are replaced by chilli and shredded glass, tactful negotiations are replaced by 'burn him, gouge his eyes'.

As darkness falls, the punishment gets worse and I have gone from sideways marrows, to large bollards and traffic cones - both at once with no lube.

I might even pretend to be a patient on his ward and say I need an examination 'down there' and then noisly have wind in his face - after of course, I have eaten Savoy cabbage, sprouts, mushrooms and other gas inducing veggies.

We shall wear army attire and have water pistols filled with dog pee and we can pretend to be Commando's and do those awful assault courses to make us tough.

I do still want to go and am going to speak to an agent to get some advice. TBH I'd like to keep the visa info under my hat, then I can use it as & when I need to.
I'm one angry Bitch woman today (note the capital B) I intend to get what I can & more!! This will prove to be one very expensive shag for him. Hope she's worth it!
