Get the video working on your machine - in the address bar at the top drag over the full link with the mouse. When it's all highlighted (blue) EITHER hold the 'Ctrl' key on the keyboard and press the 'C' key OR click the right mouse button whilst hovering over the highlighted link and select 'Copy' with the left mouse button.
Then in your message on here just EITHER hold the 'Ctrl' button down and press the 'V' key on the keyboard OR press the right mouse button and select 'Paste' to paste the link in.....
