What do you want to use it for? I wouldn't have any use for it, but it might be fun if you want to add an "artistic effect" to your pictures. :unsure:

My daughter made me get Instagram on my new iphone. After my initial apprehension and disinterest, well, I actually really like it now. Whilst I wouldn't overuse it, I do like the occasional B&W photo with a splash of colour somewhere. Y'know, like the little girl in the red coat in Schindler's List.
