Default Do you love your job?

Or hate it? ... if you feel like sharing, what is it that you do?

I am grateful to have work and like my job, Exec PA, but don't like the company (ethics etc..) but looking at it as a stopgap til the big move.

How about you?

Yes, passionately
Pity that other people have to be involved in disasters in order to keep me in work, but that's the way the cookie crumbles I guess

i'm a maintenance tech - mainly electrical and controls and I love my job. We get a lot of freedom at work, and for the most part, treated with respect. I get to do what i do well - debugging plc programs, fixing breakdowns, etc.

But most people would love my job for where i work - we make chocolate

Respect and freedom. Perfect working environment. Something that ours lacks completely.

Chocolate . . mmmmmmm I definitely should not be allowed anywhere near a location who makes or supplies chocolate. If I did maybe Moneypenny's colleagues might have to airlift me out of my bed (or did I get that occupation wrong?)

Nothing quite like leaving your work and not worrying about a thing. Our chieftain enlightened us the other day that he does not like it one bit when people take 2 weeks off for annual leave. It rather p1sses him off he said. . my colleagues work their socks off and do a huge amount of unpaid OT, the 2 weeks is the downtime they deserve and need so dreadfully.

Love my job - am very thankful, as I speak to friends all the time that are unhappy with their jobs.

Love my job....

Hate the return to work post injury program.... Its demeaning, frustrating and shoddy....

But when i get back to what I DO... I live it and love it

Im in a temp role - approx 3 months, doing document control and I love it, its near my house (8 min drive), right by the ocean, lovely people, moneys isnt bad and I like the job and look forward to going in.

To be honest, it is long over due - had some shit jobs with wanky people so I am relishing in this job and how much I like it - I just hope the contract extends or better still, they take me on perm.

Tolerate it, sometimes loathe it, always show up and on time. It would be very hard to replace right now, so....carry on. 12 minute commute is good

I'm currently 1.5 hours door to door two trains and a bus. . . moving at the end of the month.
