Thats a tough tough one!

Hope you make the right decision.. seasider asked the question that I would be suggesting... "if it weren't your Dad asking, what would be your reaction"...

plus.. you have to love the family, don't you? really nice to know that they are thinking of you and looking out for you... without being too "blurggh" I think its really good of your Dad to offer it to you first (discount) and everything... that way, he feels OK if he sells it on to someone else (should you decline) and you feel OK as he has got hopefully a good deal from it.. however, if you go back to the UK, you have a good business to get your teeth into...
