It was my brother who loved the book, haven't spoken to him for a few days but definitely will tell him of the spooky connection.

We actually lived in Somerset for 12 years before we moved, a truly beautiful part of the country. But Scotland and Wales have equally spectacular scenery.

Think it's a generaton thing .... but also for me personally, I love Alderley Edge and grew up in the area he set his books in.
