Declaring Breast Milk at Heathrow

Excerpt from the new Heathrow hand baggage guidelines -

"................must be declared at primary screening checkpoint:

Personal dietary requirements including baby formula/milk (to include breast milk) ................."

What happens? Do the security guards do a check on whether women's boobs are currently full?

Does Security policy currently include the tasting of milk in front of Immigration Officials by a responsible adult ?

I must say, if I was at the airport and asked to test another passengers breast milk or otherwise, I would refuse.

They can taste it themselves.

No way would I want to taste breast milk for starters.
