I don't want to be a wet blanket but it's like when the football team beats Portugal 3-1 in the final warm-up before the World Cup begins.

Then reality hits ... I'd like to see them win, obviously, but I just don't see it ...

Broad is bowling well just now. He of course had a rest while recovering from injury. So, I picked him and Anderson + Prior.

Looking forward to the first match today !

Australia 241/5 after 48 overs!

Can Zimbabwe do them?

Nope, pace too good for Zim ... England versus The Dutch tonight ... Given the way England disposed of Canada by a whole 16 runs I am confident ... of something happening

I wouldn't bet on it ...

Dutch Squad: Peter Borren (c), Adeel Raja, Wesley Barresi (wk), Mudassar Bukhari, Atse Buurman (wk), Tom Cooper, Tom de Grooth, Alexei Kervezee, Bradley Kruger, Bernard Loots, Pieter Seelaar, Eric Szwarczynski, Ryan ten Doeschate, Berend Westdijk, Bas Zuiderent

I guess the England squad would also need to be well versed in Afrikaans.

Suffice to say the sledging will be interesting ... anyway, the English don't do sledging, it's more of a strongly worded letter delivered after the game ...
