I know what you mean I am used to the taste of Splenda in my coffee now and sugar tastes too sweet but I'll bet you in a few years they will announce it as carcinogenic!!

The Coronation chicken I made was pretty good.All my girlfriends liked it and there was just enough left for OH when he got home. Thanks one & all. This thread can end now!!!!

Back in the UK I used to use extra light Creme Fraiche for many desserts but I can only get the "full fat" version here. Does anyone know of a good way to sweeten a low fat sour cream a little or does anyone have a substitute for sweet recipes (spot the weight watchers fan lol)
crème fraîche can no longer be called crème fraîche! It's an heresy!
