Believe me, I know all that stuff, it's not rocket science, but full fat creme fraiche just isn't what I'm after flavour wise. There was just something about the taste of that stuff I really miss. MMmmmm mixed with blueberries it was divine

I know what you mean I am used to the taste of Splenda in my coffee now and sugar tastes too sweet but I'll bet you in a few years they will announce it as carcinogenic!!

The Coronation chicken I made was pretty good.All my girlfriends liked it and there was just enough left for OH when he got home. Thanks one & all. This thread can end now!!!!

Actually it was the newer version ,Jubilee Chicken. We had a lovely time and everyone was on best brhaviour. Next time I`ll e-mail the menu in advance!
