OK it's late her and I shouldn't ask, but where does all this crap (No pun) live, beore it's expulsed, expunged, evacuated? I'm not getting the biology thing.

I don't know, to be honest. But I believe waste matter gets caught up in the ridges of the bowels - the gap for poo to get through can become quite small. A lot of "beer guts" are actually excess faecal matter.

I am finding yoga very good for feeling more energised.

I don't like the idea of the colonic - more because I don't like having things done to me, even nails, waxing etc.

I have had this done and it was fine, a little embarassing to start but soon wore off. Slightly uncomfortable to have done but only slightly. Did if before meds in the hope of a little excess weight loss lost about 4 lbs. You really need to have about 4 sessions to completely get rid of your hard crap but I have know someone to lose a stone after completion. I will deff look into getting it done again as I suffer with constipation.
