coffee
It was pointed out to me recently that coffee isn't all that good for you. I drink about 6 cups a day just now, proper full on coffee from my stove percolator, espresso machine or coffee shop. I get a bit jittery if I miss out. Did stop when I was in hospital and had terrible headaches for days.
How much coffee do you drink and what kind? |
Re: coffee
If I didn't drink coffee I would be on 40/day of B&H instead of the normal 20, coffee good:thumbsup:

I really want to try that stuff I've heard about that the monkeys poop out. Don't know the name though, or where to get it!

no tea... no coffee ... for a few years now.
had to give up caffeine. Doctor's orders. I love coffee and miss it badly. I do sleep much better these days though. |
