coffee

It was pointed out to me recently that coffee isn't all that good for you. I drink about 6 cups a day just now, proper full on coffee from my stove percolator, espresso machine or coffee shop. I get a bit jittery if I miss out. Did stop when I was in hospital and had terrible headaches for days.
How much coffee do you drink and what kind?

I really want to try that stuff I've heard about that the monkeys poop out. Don't know the name though, or where to get it!

no tea... no coffee ... for a few years now.

had to give up caffeine. Doctor's orders.

I love coffee and miss it badly.

I do sleep much better these days though.

I drink maybe 5 cups a year. Medicinal reasons - like I need to get some work done and it's going to be a long night.

Can't work out why people need it - and the way they claim they can't function without it.

I don't really like coffee, especially strong coffee. I drink milky coffee or Chai Latte, which is sweet and gorgeous:thumbsup:
I'll have about 3 a day.

6 cups of coffee is diabolical! It took me about a month to give up caffeine a few years back.. I even went onto decaff teabags and just drank green tea when i was out... can't say it did anything spectacular to me, but the headaches took a while to go..

Cut back to 1 or 2 cups a day and then just drink decaff..
