Cleaner recommendation please -Perth nor.
 

Hi folks,
We are moving out of our rental in a weeks time. I know that our property manager is going to be very picky when doing the bond inspection so would like any recommendations on a cleaner who is experienced in that type of cleaning, eg: windows, slider tracks, airvents, all the stuff you only clean once a year :lol:
We have only been in the house for 4 months, so it's not too bad, but I don't have the time or the little fiddly attachment for the slider rails to do it myself.
I have booked a cleaner that was on a Perth site, but have just tried to ring her to check she is that detailed but the number is no longer in use :(
So any recommendations would be gratefully received.

Can the letting agents recommend anyone to you as they will probably have someone they send in to clean up when tenants leave a mess behind them. At least that way they should do the job how the letting agents like it to be done.

Thanks Alison, I did ask them but they wouldn't recommend anyone. I know why, they have let us out of the lease early because they are selling the property, they didn't want to because they wanted us to continue paying rent until the end, but there has been so many maintainance issues left undone that I kicked up a fuss and they have agreed to let us go. I know that she will be spiteful to try and get something out of the bond :sneaky:

A girlfriend of mine runs a cleaning business in Carramar. Her name is Sonya, the company is Done and Dusted and I have put her mobile number in a karma message. She is exceptionally thorough. Don't know what she charges but I know she will provide a good service.

Me too. We have someone now but I'm finding that I have to leave her notes to do things like dust.
