"City living at its best" in Sydney!
An inner city pad advertised for $350 p/w (down from $370):
Talk about compact living:eek: http://i3.au.reastatic.net/800x600/3...c94/image3.jpg As for the apartment, here's the listing http://www.realestate.com.au/propert...urst-412259795 and it did make the news: http://www.news.com.au/finance/real-...-1226804282643 |
Re: "City living at its best" in Sydney!
How did that pass health regulations with the loo so close to the cooking facilities?

Re: "City living at its best" in Sydney!
Guess you'd only be able to invite very close, personal friends to visit!!
|
Re: "City living at its best" in Sydney!
You could go to the loo and wash up and the same time - multitasking at its best :D

Re: "City living at its best" in Sydney!
I've seen some really cool designs for compact homes, like the one below..... doubt they'll ever bother with it here though.....

Crikey- if that is "city living at its best" I'd hate to think what less "luxurious" pads were like.
I'm shuddering at the thought of all those floating fecal matter particles all over the cooking area. |

Re: "City living at its best" in Sydney!
Imagine you have family or friends round 'just going to the bog darling' and the whole room can see you wiping your arse. Still if you can see the TV from the bog it not all bad  Watch sport on TV whilst having a shit, whats not to like.
But hey, its Sydney, an Asian investor would probably buy for around $850,000. |

Pardon my descent into Cockney rhyming slang, but if they honestly they want $350 pw for that, they must be trying to Adam & Eve me with a giraffe.
 |

 "Believe me with a Laugh" that translates to. The original purpose of rhyming slang was to confuse outsiders as to what people were saying.... looks like it's still working ;) |
