At this point I'd just like to let you guys know that a colleague has just shared some carrot cake. I had one slice and it was delicious. :)

Besides making the best cheesecake in this hemisphere I also make the best carrot cake south of equator.

We have had a couple of cakes from there and they were horrible. I also think they are hellish expensive.
