No way.

It's a true picture of old fashioned, delusional, union driven, politics of envy.

I liked the last ditch attempt by Potty Palmer to destroy Penny Wong: "Mr Palmer said the Australian people had spoken very clearly about the ALP"
They may have spoken clearly but they sure as shit shouted it from the rooftops with regards to his own attempt to win a seat.
Nice to see Jacqui Lambie back, not quite the top totty that Julie Bishop was ...................

Palmer is a buffoon but he helped the coalition destroy the socialists in Queensland - and for that he deserves respect

The amount of money spent by Palmer, GetUp and the Unions certainly doesn't buy votes.

I suppose not when you get the best party in office money and Murdoch can buy and/or influence.

Yes this excuse has been doing the rounds, offset by the Guardian, SMH, Age, and the disgrace that is the ABC's lean towards the loony left.

FWIW, I voted Liberal and I haven't touched a Daily Telegraph in years. Not that its a bad read or anything, I just refuse to pay for media when they are making money off advertising - and I can't figure out how to get behind the pay wall of the Daily Telegraph. Learn to be like Google and Facebook in my opinion.

My go to is the SMH. Its starting to head central since 9 took over.

Actually regardless of the palmer outcome, loads of money does tend to oil the wheels towards victory. Hence the saying the best government money can buy. Distorts the principle of democracy at the very least. Regardless of preferable 'rag' the influence of printed press remains being reproduced across social media so difficult to impossible escape for the majority.
You are correct of course. Printed press relies heavily on the real estate dollar and as such bedfellows to the mis information, lies and propaganda from within that industry.
Saying that, those in the industry be that financial or real estate including broker wallahs will vote for the party that peruses their self interest with scant concern for the nations.
