buying land!
 

Can you guys please tell me whats the process of land buying and all the costs to be included also?

Might just buy some and sit on it for a while(not actually sit on it):thumbup:

Ps Dont want to buy into a suburb package,just a piece of land that one day we could either sell on or build!
Maybe mornington area or a area that could hold its value!

Make sure you are aware if you will be paying rates, even on vacant land, and you will need Public Liability insurance.

Check out land tax, I am not sure how that applies if it isn't a residential property.
