In Perth have noticed more flag stickers in recent times on cars with the Scottish flag being the dominent and a few Welsh ones of recent, even the odd Irish and South African has been spotted, but don't recall seeing so many St George flags...considering the numbers here..

Yes there are.....and not all of them driven by expats. I know a girl, born & bred in Australia to Scottish parents who have lived here for 40+ years - and she has the back of her car adorned with Scottishness! And the Saltire looks nothing like a Eureka flag, not sure how there could be any confusion!

Or talk about making the Citizenship requirements being relaxed so the Australian cricket team can recruit South African batmans to win the Ashes.

When I was down there the Daily Express used to do a weekly edition. They'd have page after page of, this bloody country written across the top. Ooh we'd laugh, while we read it, at not being there. And that was in '92 - kindergarden compared with todays UK.
