Brisse in March!!

After much soul searching, it looks as if we will be validating our visa to give us more time to sell up in the UK. So we are going to be in Brissie for about 8 days in March with 2 kids. Anybody with any recommendations for places to visit:thumbup:

We are off to validate our visa in April for 2 weeks - just booked accommodation - 1 week in brisbane in Kangaroo point - planning to check out the city and suburbs - will visit Southbank for a day - do a city tour etc etc.
Then we are splitting the last week between the gold coast and sunshine coast - possibly vists to Australia Zoo, Movie World lined up with our two who are 10 & 8.

There seems to be lots to do.

But as you are there before us - you can tell you where to avoid;)

Looking forward to it now.

We did a reccie over a year ago - Brissy and the Sunshine Coast. Not sure how far you want to travel with only 8 days there but we loved the the Sunshine Coast. We stayed in Mooloolaba and Noosa heads for a while and the Glasshouse mountains were just stunning - not to be missed IMHO!!!

I can't suggest any places in the Brisbane area but I just want to say good luck, hope you enjoy it :fingerscrossed:

Ours is booked in April for two weeks - 8 days by motorhome for Canberra and the NSW South Coast and the rest of the time in the Sydney area.
