I would give you the address but my parents are thinking of buying it. It is a lovely townhouse in a beautiful pocket 5 minutes walk to the city bus, 15 mins to town. Mostly owner occupied with a doctor for your neighbour Though it is in the inner west it would not have direct links out to Kenmore though so no loss.
