3. Australia has a history of exporting university education to third world countries.

Monash University has offshore campuses in Bandar Sunway, Selangor, Malaysia, Johannesburg South Africa, and in Mumbai, India.

Many of the other universities had had offshore campuses, but have closed them due to corruption and influence, and now because of internet delivery of subjects.

A lot of that money came from Australia.
